Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
Build automated journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized engagement flows
Design and optimize campaigns for both existing patient funnel and external funnels (new acquisition)
Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and share actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
Maintain accuracy and hygiene of customer data within Martech platforms
Stay updated on Martech trends and recommend best practices for business growth

Skills & Qualifications

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Martech platforms (Netcore, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, or similar)
Strong understanding of campaign execution, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint
Ability to manage multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Healthcare industry experience is a plus (understanding patient lifecycle, healthcare marketing nuances)
