Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Specialist (Flipkart) located in Haryana, India. The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing listings on Flipkart, ensuring product visibility, analyzing sales data and trends, and implementing promotional strategies. Additionally, the role includes maintaining inventory control, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Flipkart, including product listing, pricing, and promotions
• Strong skills in data analysis, sales forecasting, and interpreting marketplace trends
• Proficiency in inventory management and order processing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle queries and enhance customer engagement
• Knowledge of digital marketing and an understanding of marketplace SEO strategies
