We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketplace Team Lead to manage our marketplace operations, handle client accounts, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to drive performance and client satisfaction.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace clients—handling communication, queries, performance updates, and issue resolutionLead and supervise the marketplace team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and meeting client expectationsMonitor account health, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levelsDevelop strategies to optimize sales, visibility, and performance across marketplacesTrack and analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clientsCoordinate with internal departments (catalog, design, inventory, operations) to ensure smooth workflowEnsure timely resolution of escalations and maintain high client satisfactionTrain team members and support their skill development📌 RequirementsProven experience in marketplace operations or account managementStrong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces and their toolsExcellent communication and client-management skillsLeadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a teamStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Excel and marketplace dashboards
