Job Description

Role Overview:

Marketing Performance Manager Amazon Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) to achieve target ACOS.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CPC, CTR, CVR, TACOS, ROAS.
  • Create campaign structures aligned with product funnels and budgets.
  • Conduct keyword research, negative keyword strategy, and competitor analysis.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, listings, titles, and pricing.

Marketplace Operations (Amazon Focused)

  • Manage listings: content optimization, keyword placement, A+ updates, and SEO ranking.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, coupons, deals, and promotional strategy.
  • Monitor Buy Box, suppressions, stranded inventory, and listing health.
  • Track and improve Organic Ranking through content, ads, and reviews.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for:
    • Sales performance
    • Ads performance
    • ACOS/TACOS
    • Inventory forecasts
    • Returns & claim analytics
  • Drive insights-based decision-making for scale and profitability.

Account Health & Compliance

  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
  • Handle customer feedback, negative reviews, and listing safety claims.
  • Manage case logs, escalations, reimbursements, and hijacking issues.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with warehouse, operations, content, and finance teams.
  • Coordinate on product launches, stock planning, and pricing strategy.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in

    Amazon Seller Central

    and

    Amazon PPC

    .
  • Practical experience in campaign management and marketplace analytics.
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and product ranking.
  • Good knowledge of FBA inbound planning, returns, and claims management.
  • Proficiency in Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Amazon marketplace performance marketing.
  • Experience in the

    electronics category

    preferred.
