Bhubaneswar (On-ground + limited desk work)

6 Months (Trainee Position)

Compensation

₹20,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Work Split

• 70% Offline / Field Work

• On-ground outreach and promotions
• Event execution and coordination
• Partner and local business reach-outs

• 30% Online / Desk Work

• Cold calling and follow-ups
• Basic content creation (posts, reels, stories)
• Lead tracking and reporting
  

Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  offline marketing campaigns

  and local outreach
• Support and manage

  events, activations, and promotional drives

• Visit partners, vendors, colleges, gyms, hospitals, and corporates as required
• Do

  cold calling

  and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads
• Assist in

  content creation

  for social media and campaigns
• Capture on-ground content (photos/videos) during events and visits
• Maintain lead data and submit

  daily/weekly reports

• Represent the brand professionally in the field
  

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

Two-wheeler (Bike)

Valid Driving License (DL)

✅ Comfortable with extensive field work

(Applications without a bike and DL will not be considered)
