Handle inbound queries and provide information about offerings.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM updates.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and assist in business development activities.
Maintain call logs, feedback, and regular reporting to the team leader.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while dealing with customers.
Graduate or HSC with relevant communication skills (any stream).
0 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email handling.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle rejections positively.
