Marketing Specialist

We re seeking a focused and articulate Content Specialist with minimum 2.5 3 years of experience in content development. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact content across internal and external communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Write, edit, and proofread content for a variety of platforms including dashboards, user manuals, SOPs, presentations, newsletters, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex processes and product information into clear, concise, and engaging content.

• Assist in the creation of client communications and marketing collateral.

• Maintain and update internal documentation systems using tools like MadCap Flare.

• Design visual content using Canva, when needed, to complement written material.

• Work closely with stakeholders to manage email campaigns via HubSpot and Marketo.

• Ensure all content is aligned with company tone, voice, and branding guidelines.

• Bachelor s degree in English or a related discipline from a reputed university (preferred, not mandatory).

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

• Exceptional command of professional English both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Canva, MadCap Flare, HubSpot, and Marketo.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
