Job Description

Content & SEO Strategy
  • Collaborate with SEO experts to create and manage the monthly content roadmap (blogs, case studies, guides, whitepapers, industry/technology pages).
  • Track and analyze the performance of industry/service pages, providing actionable insights to optimize conversions and rankings.
  • Research commercial-intent keywords using SEO/AI tools and ensure content aligns with business goals.
  • Oversee schema markup, URL structuring, metadata optimization, and advanced on-page SEO.
    Website & Development Coordination
    • Collaborate with WordPress developers to build and enhance new service, industry, and technology web pages.
    • Oversee website CRO improvements (navigation, CTAs, landing page optimizations).
    • Ensure smooth deployment of features (startup/SME accelerators, calculators, resource hubs).
    • Explore and integrate plugins/tools to improve lead capture and user experience.
      Lead Generation & Campaigns
      • Research, design, and launch lead-generation assets (quizzes, calculators, localized landing pages).
      • Build nurturing flows and automation sequences (email drip campaigns, retargeting journeys).
      • Track inbound MQLs, ensure CRM updates, and coordinate SQL handovers with the sales team.
      • Experiment with CRO strategies (exit-intent popups, lead-capture tools, multi-step forms).
        Branding, PR & Engagement
        • Lead quarterly content calendar planning across all channels.
        • Design thematic campaigns (e.g., AI Month , Women in Tech Week ).
        • Build and manage employee advocacy programs to amplify reach.
        • Oversee brand engagement via office initiatives, networking events, and podcasts.
        • Plan CSR-driven campaigns to align with company values.
        • Drive awards submissions, press releases, and third-party recognition campaigns.
        • Oversee client gifting programs (festive gifts, client kits) to strengthen relationships.
        • Lead initiatives for Clutch reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
          Partnerships & Outreach
          • Negotiate with vendors for backlinks, PR placements, and sponsored content.
          • Explore visibility opportunities via HARO, startup directories, industry platforms, and B2B listing sites.
          • Build long-term strategic partnerships to grow brand authority.
            Analytics, Reporting & Leadership
            • Own GTM and analytics tracking for all lead-gen touchpoints.
            • Report campaign and engagement performance in weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
            • Define and monitor KPIs across SEO, branding, and lead-gen.
            • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior marketing team members.
            • Collaborate with founders on thought-leadership and positioning.
            • Manage marketing budgets for content, SEO, and campaigns.

              Requirements
              • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or growth marketing (B2B/Tech preferred).
              • Proven success in scaling inbound marketing, brand campaigns, and lead-gen.
              • Expertise in SEO, content marketing, PR, and campaign management.
              • Hands-on experience with WordPress, marketing automation, and CRO tools.
              • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into strategy.
              • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
              • Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
