Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing marketing strategies, managing communication, conducting market research, supporting sales, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to effectively promote Heart’s Desire products.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms

•Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities

•Drive sales initiatives and assist in achieving revenue targets

•Manage customer communication and service to build long-term relationships

•Create and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals

•Be highly active and engaging across social media platforms to boost brand presence

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams for promotions, events, and campaigns

•Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for growth

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

•Strong skills in communication, market research, sales, and marketing strategy
