Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Executive (Digital & Social) will be responsible to drive online brand growth through social media management, lead generation, email/WhatsApp campaigns, content creation, CRM maintenance, user engagement, and influencer partnerships. The role focuses on increasing awareness, engagement, and conversions through targeted digital strategies and effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Marketing Executive – Digital & Social (Travel Company)

• Manage and grow social media channels; create and schedule engaging posts.
• Run digital lead generation; track, allot leads, and optimize conversions.
• Design and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Develop travel-focused content (blogs, videos, guides).
• Foster user engagement and build online communities.
• Maintain and update CRM; automate workflows and analyze campaign data.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and track performance.
• Use digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital or social media marketing (travel industry preferred).
