Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at Visionield Realty, you will be responsible for leading our 360-degree marketing efforts for our partnered Projects and shaping how our brand is experienced across platforms in the Real Estate industry in Vadodara, GJ. If you are a creative and driven marketer with a passion for building brands, crafting strategies, and making a real impact, this role is perfect for you. Your main responsibilities will include crafting compelling content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns, designing engaging graphics aligned with our brand messaging, planning and executing social media strategies to boost awareness and engagement, running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, paid ads), analyzing market and campaign data to drive better decisions, collaborating with internal teams for unified brand communication, overseeing and managing external marketing agencies for real estate projects, and staying on top of trends to keep campaigns fresh and effective. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with strong content writing and storytelling abilities, graphic design skills (Adobe/Canva or similar tools), social media and digital marketing experience, an analytical mindset with a creative flair, and a team-first attitude with a passion for real estate branding. While 13 years of experience is preferred, freshers with exceptional talent are also encouraged to apply.
