Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content and brand strategy for all marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

• Write high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, internal comms, presentations, websites, brochures, and videos.
• Develop engaging emailers, social media posts, event backdrops, and scripts for videos.

Social Media Management:

• Manage social media calendars, posts, and creatives using tools like Canva & AI-driven platforms.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through campaigns and internal videos.

Collaboration:

• Partner with HR, Sales, Product, and Regional teams for aligned content delivery.
• Support sales teams with account research and data-driven initiatives.

Tools & Tech:

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Familiarity with automation tools for content and marketing efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

✔ Strong written & verbal communication skills.

✔ Creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.

✔ Experience managing multiple projects effectively.

Preferred:

✨ Experience in Banking/Fintech.

✨ Exposure to US-based client content.

✨ Knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions.
