Role Overview We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist with strong copywriting skills who can craft compelling brand communication, engaging campaigns, and impactful social media content. Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Content Creation: Write engaging ad copies, taglines, product descriptions, and social media captions tailored to different audiences. Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels. Manage and grow Xxtra Armor’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with original short-form content ideas (reels, creatives). Collaborate with designers & content creators to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Research competitors, automotive markets, and trends to craft persuasive communication. Assist with offline marketing efforts, dealership tie-ups, events, and promotional campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and ROI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or brand communication. Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and customer psychology. Strong understanding of social media marketing & content strategies. Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Creative mindset with the ability to ideate catchy campaigns. Knowledge/interest in the automotive or car care industry is a bonus. Role Overview As an Area Sales Executive - Delhi NCR , you will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing studios, and direct customers across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad . You will play a key role in expanding brand presence, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent product knowledge transfer in the region. Key Responsibilities Market Development: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, retailers, and B2B clients (detailing studios, workshops, car accessory shops, fleets, and OEM service centers). Sales Growth: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting the brand portfolio. (Compulsory) Strong knowledge of the automotive ecosystem in NCR (workshops, accessory shops, distributors). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales. Access to a Motorcycle / 2-Wheeler with valid license is compulsory for regular field travel. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad . Passion for automobiles and understanding of detailing/maintenance trends is a strong plus.
