Echos Above is looking for an agile and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll help us manage everything from sourcing materials to delivering sneakers across the country—ensuring operations stay efficient, organized, and aligned with our creative vision. What you'll do; 🔹 Forecast demand and plan inventory for upcoming drops 🔹 Support vendor sourcing, negotiations & relationship management 🔹 Manage online & D2C order processing and fulfillment 🔹 Use shipping software (e.g., Shiprocket, Pickrr) to ensure smooth dispatch 🔹 Monitor logistics, warehouse coordination & last-mile delivery 🔹 Support quality control and sustainable sourcing practices 🔹 Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams What we're looking for? ✔ Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar ✔ 1–3 years experience preferred – freshers are welcome too! ✔ Must either be based in Chennai or be willing to relocate (this is a full-time in-office role) ✔ Strong organizational skills & Excel knowledge ✔ Familiarity with shipping platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, Delhivery (a plus!) ✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and a solid team player Why Echos Above?
