Marketing Specialist – Offline Marketing (Coaching Industry)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum

  2–4 years of experience

  in

  offline marketing for coaching institutes

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the

  IIT-JEE/NEET coaching market

• Ability to handle field marketing, student outreach & local campaigns
• Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
• Experience in organizing seminars, school visits, and branding events

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor

  offline marketing campaigns

• Handle

  school tie-ups, seminars, workshops

  and promotional activities
• Build strong local networks for student acquisition
• Coordinate with academic & sales teams for lead generation
• Manage outdoor branding: banners, pamphlets, roadshows, and events
• Track marketing ROI and submit performance reports
  

Salary

₹50,000 per month
