This is a freelance, paid opportunity for individuals with a strong grasp of event coordination, lead management, and content creation. If you have experience in brand activations and a knack for audience engagement, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assist with booth setup, organization, and on-site management throughout the event Welcome and engage visitors in fluent English, presenting the brand with professionalism Capture and create real-time content for Instagram stories and reels Support lead generation by collecting and managing visitor contact details Coordinate logistics, stock materials, and ensure booth aesthetics are maintained Provide direct support to the founder and team for various event tasks Requirements Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Must be well-groomed and dressed in formal attire during the event Prior experience in events, marketing, or hospitality preferred Familiarity with Instagram and social media content creation Based in or able to commute to Surat for both days of the event Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented personality Compensation & Perks Paid freelance assignment Certificate of participation and letter of recommendation (on request) Networking opportunity with premium real estate and lifestyle professionals Hands-on experience representing a luxury brand at a high-impact summit Potential pathway to a permanent marketing/events role with Asraya Group based on performance Show more Show less
