Marketing & Social Media Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support our campaigns, generate leads through Meta Ads, and manage our social media presence. You'll work closely with the sales team to boost visibility and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook while helping Sharpassets grow in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing lead generation ads on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads).  Manage incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain and grow engagement on company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts — with regular posting and follower-building strategies.
• Support the creation of marketing content (graphics, posts, videos, brochures).
• Help organize marketing events, site campaigns, and local promotions.
• Conduct competitor research and share actionable insights.
• Track campaign performance, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in real estate or digital marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Canva, Excel, and social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
