Position : Marketing & Sales Intern Location : Hybrid (Remote + Field Work) Duration : 2 Months (Extendable based on performance) Type : Full-time Internship Stipend : Based on performance Travel Allowance: Reimbursable for official field visits Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in real-world marketing and sales operations. The intern will support day-to-day marketing efforts, assist in developing strategies, and contribute to customer engagement and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze trends Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials Support sales campaigns and lead generation efforts Communicate with potential and existing clients Provide basic customer support and follow-ups Collaborate with team members on various projects Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts Ability to conduct market research effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Spreadsheets, Docs and Slides Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field What You Will Gain Practical experience in marketing and sales Exposure to digital tools and CRM systems Opportunity to work in a growing startup environment Certification of Internship upon successful completion Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance Possibility of extension based on contribution and interest
