CRMK SELECT Designer Tiles is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand business opportunities and manage client relationships within the architecture and interior design ecosystem. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and coordination with architects and designers for project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit architects, designers, and project consultants to promote products and generate leads.
Conduct cold calling and client meetings for business development.
Present catalogs and explain product features and applications.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
Identify new markets and sales channels.
Generate sales through direct marketing activities.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any field
4–5 years of experience in Marketing & Sales (preferably in tiles, ceramic, interiors, furniture, or architecture industry)
Own vehicle mandatory for field work

Key Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Good follow-up and negotiation ability
Client relationship management
English-speaking proficiency
Professional and presentable personality
Sales-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with architects and interior designers.
Knowledge of ceramic tiles / interior materials is an advantage.
