competitive and goal-driven Marketing & Sales Executive


Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and new opportunities
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals effectively
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

  • Marketing Support:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and outreach material
    • Help execute digital and offline marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation
    • Support content development for email marketing, brochures, and social media if required

    Team Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with senior management and team members to tailor offerings to client needs
    • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports using MS Excel/Word or CRM tools
    • Share market insights and client feedback to support product/service improvements


    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
    • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
    • Strong command over spoken and written English
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influential skills
    • Basic understanding of sales funnels, customer journey, and marketing concepts
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team


    Desirable Traits

    • Passion for sales and building long-term relationships
    • Fast learner with an ability to adapt to new tools and strategies
    • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
    • Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
