Responsibilities

• Field Marketing Brand Promotion:
• Represent the company at various events, trade shows, promotional activities, and local activations within Nashik and surrounding areas.
• Engage directly with potential customers to introduce products/services, answer questions, and build brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, samples) and ensure brand messaging is consistent.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights from direct interactions.
• Lead Generation Nurturing:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through direct interaction and proactive outreach.
• Collect customer information and preferences for follow-up by the sales team.
• Assist in setting up appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects.
• Content Social Media Support:
• Assist in capturing content (photos, videos) from field activities for social media use.
• Help in drafting basic social media posts or campaign messages under guidance.
• Monitor social media mentions and online discussions related to brand promotion efforts.
• Campaign Support:
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (e.g., email, social media) and traditional (e.g., local advertisements).
• Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays or booths.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of specific promotional activities.
• Market Research:
• Conduct basic market research to understand customer demographics, needs, and competitor activities in the local market.
• Provide insights from field observations to the marketing team.
• Administrative Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads generated, and feedback collected.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on field activities and campaign performance.
• Manage and track inventory of marketing materials.
