Job Description

Digital Marketing Lead plays a critical role in deploying digital thinking, tools, and techniques in support of Capgemini’s communications priorities. From communicating about

thought leadership, product offers, partnerships, success stories, analyst recognitions, to employer branding initiatives,

and more you will be involved in promoting and enhancing the digital presence of one of Capgemini’s Global Business lines.The primary focus of this role is

to act as a trusted advisor

to colleagues across verticals; and

to develop and execute digital strategies and campaigns

, in line with business objectives.Job Responsibilities

As a digital marketer you will:

Advise on the effective channel strategy and digital tactics, and own their end-to-end delivery, using appropriate internal and external resources
Advise on a mix of content format based on objectives and target audience
Strategize for paid campaigns
Manage the flow of content through digital channels
Own the reporting of digital KPIs and deriving insights to drive improvements in future campaigns

Work closely with Capgemini’s senior executives and opinion leaders
Provide excellent service to colleagues across the business, helping them to make the most of our digital capabilities and channels
Bring new ideas and thinking, and monitor the marketplace for upcoming trends in campaigns, formats, and technologies, to keep adding value
Play an active role in the team, contributing insights and best practice

Skills/Experience

3+ years of design and branding.
Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Strong understanding of design and art direction.
Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.
Cross-cultural background.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of working in Adobe Creative Suite and other design softwares.
