Job Description

What You'll Do

1.

Track and report on the performance of digital presence, monitoring traffic and user engagement (e.g., clicks, time spent) on two key web pages.
Use existing Excel or other templates to generate monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Identify top-performing content and suggest areas for improvement.
Maintain a dashboard of KPIs to support advocacy impact assessments.
Task Examples: Extract monthly traffic data, update Web Performance Dashboard, flag underperforming content, propose optimization ideas

2. Social Media Reporting

Support LinkedIn social advocacy initiative through structured reporting.
Manually track LinkedIn activity of leaders (post frequency, engagement metrics, follower growth)
Update and maintain Excel and PowerPoint-based templates for leadership reporting.
Prepare monthly summary decks highlighting trends, top-performing posts, and engagement benchmarks.
Coordinate with the social media team to align reporting formats and timelines.
Task Examples: Maintain LinkedIn tracker, create Social Pulse decks, highlight top-performing posts, suggest content themes.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs & tracking methods.
Capability to create data stories with the help of dashboards in defined timelines.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Essential for effective communication with global stakeholders and for producing high-quality content across marketing and communication activities.
