Job Description

Your Profile
This role provides project management and operational support for key marketing initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for planning and organizing marketing programs and events, managing coaching programs for senior leaders, and coordinating major events like a 3-day Digital Keynote in Paris. It’s about keeping deadlines on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution. To provide project management and operational support for key marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of programs and events while maintaining high stakeholder engagement. Your Role

Program Management

Oversee the coaching program for 25 industrialization leaders, including:

Initial communication audits.

Progress tracking and reporting on a monthly basis.

Coordination with external coaches and scheduling meetings.

Event Management

Lead preparation for major events:

Digital Keynote (3-day event in Paris) – extensive planning with speakers.

Support for one-day March event and two-day September event.

Ramp-up activities starting January and March.

Committee Coordination

Organize quarterly committees with BL M&C teams to exchange status updates and best practices for industrialization.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with senior leaders and high-profile stakeholders.

Ensure timely communication and alignment across teams.

Skills & Attributes

Strong PMO expertise and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly agile and autonomous, capable of working independently.

Familiarity with marketing processes; deep business knowledge is not mandatory.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results.
