Job Description

As a Marketing Operations & Client Service professional at our company, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between marketing strategy and execution to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize marketing processes, manage marketing technology, and act as a key contact point for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your main objective will be to facilitate smooth campaign delivery and efficient communication of marketing initiatives and results. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day functions of the marketing department to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness - Manage and enhance the marketing technology stack, implement standardized workflows and best practices - Maintain data integrity within marketing databases, monitor budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals - Manage vendor relationships, develop marketing calendars, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies - Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, effectively communicate marketing strategies, gather feedback for continuous improvement - Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure timely asset delivery and brand guideline adherence - Manage client relationships for specific marketing initiatives, prepare and present marketing reports to internal stakeholders - Address any marketing-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or client service, preferably within the hospitality or service industry - Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools - Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach Please note that this is a full-time position located at ORO The Estate in Bangalore Nandi Hills, requiring in-person work during day shifts.,
