Job Description:

A Front Office Associate typically handles administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations at the reception area of a business. Their responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

* Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.

* Manage reservations and room allocations using the Property Management System (PMS).

* Maintain proper records and documentation related to guest stays.

* Coordinate with housekeeping, bell desk, and other departments for guest needs.

* Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

* Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.

* Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.

Qualifications

* Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

* Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or

Hospitality

Additional Information

Minimum 4-6 month of internship experience relevant experience in a similar capacity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
