Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  field sales and marketing activities

  to promote fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  farmers, retailers, distributors, and channel partners

  .
• Plan and conduct

  field demonstrations, farmer meetings, promotional events

  , and product awareness campaigns.
• Achieve

  monthly and annual sales targets

  and contribute to business growth.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
  
• Identify potential business opportunities and new market segments to expand product reach.
  
• Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely supply, dispatch, and support for field operations.
  
• Support dealer activation, onboarding, and training as needed.
