We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to join our team in the Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales and marketing capabilities, a deep understanding of agricultural products, and the ability to build and manage relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, effective communication, and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Conduct field sales and marketing activities to promote fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and channel partners . Plan and conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, promotional events , and product awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth. Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback. Identify potential business opportunities and new market segments to expand product reach. Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, customer interactions, and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for timely supply, dispatch, and support for field operations. Support dealer activation, onboarding, and training as needed.
