Marketing Manager, Wipro Engineering Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. A key aspect of this position will be content writing, which will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences. You will work directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and marketing stakeholders to develop a marketing campaign and content calendar that supports our brand, lead generation, and strategic communications objectives. Your understanding of the sales lifecycle and media landscape will be crucial in creating content that moves prospects through the funnel and elevates Wipro Engineerings voice across channels.

1. Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop & manage a content calendar aligned with overall marketing, brand, & GTM strategy.
• Create a wide range of content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media copy, web content, & thought leadership articles.

2. Strategic Communications

• Partner with leadership & corporate communications teams to craft high-impact content for M&A announcements, executive keynotes, & internal communications.
• Develop messaging frameworks & narratives that align with our Engineerings strategic priorities & brand voice.

3. Media & PR Enablement

• Collaborate with PR & AR teams to create media-ready content like press releases, media pitches, & briefing documents.
• Support thought leadership initiatives by ghostwriting op-eds, interviews, & contributed articles for external publications.

4. Website & Digital Content

• Own & evolve the content strategy for Wipro Engineerings web presence, ensuring clarity, consistency, & SEO optimization.
• Work with design & digital teams to refresh landing pages, microsites, & campaign hubs with compelling copy & storytelling.

5. Domain Expertise & Research

• Conduct in-depth research on engineering & technology themes to gain understanding of the domain and analyse the market treand and competitor positioning

6. Campaigns & GTM Execution:

• Design & run integrated campaigns across digital, events, analyst relations, & sales enablement.
• Build GTM plans for key offerings & solutions by partnering with various teams

• 8 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, engineering, or technology domains.
• Strong content writing and editorial skills with a deep understanding of technology and IT services.
• Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and event strategy.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
