Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Way2Reach platform

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels

Oversee content creation for website, social media, and marketing materials

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals

Manage marketing budget and track ROI of marketing activities

Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and media

Lead branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or marketplace platforms

Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Excellent communication and leadership skills
