Job Summary

Marketing and Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development & Management

    :
    • Assist in the development and execution of the cybersecurity product brand strategy, ensuring that it reflects our market leadership and core values.
    • Ensure consistent application of brand messaging across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer communications.
    • Monitor and uphold the integrity of the brand across internal and external communications.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

    :
    • Collaborate with the product and strategy team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key decision-makers in industries that rely on cybersecurity (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
    • Develop campaigns that focus on lead generation, product awareness, and customer retention, while positioning the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space.
    • Plan and execute marketing programs around product launches, industry events, and new feature releases.
  • Content Creation & Distribution

    :
    • Create high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
    • Craft messaging that simplifies complex cybersecurity topics, making them accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Contribute to the creation of video content, infographics, and educational materials to drive engagement.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing

    :
    • Oversee the management of the companys social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build a robust online community.
    • Design and implement digital marketing strategies such as paid search (PPC), email marketing, and SEO to increase traffic, brand visibility, and conversions.
    • Analyze performance metrics to measure success and optimize digital campaigns based on data insights.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    :
    • Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor strategies in the cybersecurity sector.
    • Regularly analyze competitor marketing efforts and product positioning, providing insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes to ensure marketing strategies reflect current market conditions.
  • Event Coordination & Thought Leadership

    :
    • Support the organization of and participation in industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows, positioning the company as an authority in cybersecurity.
    • Help with the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events designed to showcase the companys expertise and connect with potential clients.
    • Assist in creating thought leadership articles, blog posts, and speaking engagements for senior executives at industry events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    :
    • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with product offerings and customer feedback.
    • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales targets, delivering content and collateral that supports sales efforts and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, content management, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex cybersecurity topics in a simplified and engaging manner.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media management platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, security threats, and regulations is highly desirable.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) or video editing software is a plus.
  • Experience in public relations or working with influencers to boost brand awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
