Job Description

Position Overview:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive lead generation and client engagement
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy Analyze market trends and competitor activities Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase client engagement
Manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, web content, and paid advertising
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic Manage content calendar to ensure a steady stream of valuable information to engage our audience
Work closely with sales and client services teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Partner with external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master s degree is a plus
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; prior experience in market research or a related industry is highly preferred
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking and creativity in developing campaigns and positioning
