Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Research Associate will primarily support our CATI research projects, focusing on conducting telephone interviews, managing team and data collection processes, and ensuring high-quality research outcomes
Key Responsibilities: Lead CATI Projects: Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of CATI surveys, ensuring adherence to research protocols and objectives
Conduct CATI Surveys: Execute telephone interviews using CATI software to collect data from respondents in accordance with research protocols
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to CATI processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Data Management: Enter and manage data accurately in research databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards
Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify interview quality, addressing any issues or inconsistencies promptly
Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior researchers and interviewers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development
Project Support: Collaborate with the research team to coordinate survey activities, track progress, and meet project deadlines
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CATI research or telephone interviewing and with a proven track record in managing research projects and teams
Skills:oProficiency in CATI software and data management tools
oStrong leadership and team management abilities
oStrong communication skills and ability to engage with respondents effectively
oDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
oAbility to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
