We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Noida. The role involves managing and maintaining our company's computer systems and networks to ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and ensuring the reliable operation of multi-user computers, particularly servers. **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous. - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an IT systems administration role **Job Responsibilities:** - Prepare and configure PC setups for new employees, ensuring hardware functionality. - Maintain and manage laptops, including updates and repairs for optimal performance. - Manage inventory effectively by keeping records of laptop issuance and returns. - Install and configure software applications with routine updates. - Troubleshoot hardware, networked printers, and software issues. - Manage VPN connections and resolve connectivity or intranet-related issues. - Handle Active Directory architecture, replication, and troubleshooting. - Oversee DNS backup and recovery processes and manage the company firewall. - Administer Azure Virtual Machines and manage Group Policy settings. - Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and respond to monitoring alerts. - Perform routine server maintenance and manage Exchange user mailboxes. **Soft Skills:** - Curiosity - Creativity - Problem-solving **We Offer:** - Challenging and rewarding role in a growing company - Opportunities for professional development and advancement - Competitive salary and benefits package Skills Required: Microsoft Windows Azure,
