Job Description – Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead zonal marketing initiatives and strengthen the company’s brand presence. The role involves strategic planning, execution of on-ground marketing activities, vendor management, budget control, and close coordination with the sales team to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Visibility & Marketing Execution

  • Ensure and enhance branch visibility across the assigned zone through structured marketing strategies.
  • Identify, plan, and implement relevant Below-the-Line (BTL) activities to strengthen brand presence and improve customer outreach.
  • Coordinate, manage, and execute marketing events across the zone, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Manage vendor relationships, including identifying suitable vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, and maintaining service-level standards.
  • Facilitate strong partnerships between the business and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality marketing execution.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

3. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage the zonal marketing budget with accuracy and accountability.
  • Track, consolidate, and report monthly marketing expenses at both the branch and zonal levels.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily field marketing activity reports.

4. Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Support the sales team with targeted marketing activities to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Provide marketing insights and on-ground support to improve branch-level promotional efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Experience in planning and executing BTL activities and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
