Hiring for a Marketing Manager – Water Treatment & Engineering Solutions

A dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our range of Water Treatment Plants and Equipment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing plans, drive B2B sales growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales team.

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Water Treatment Plants & Equipment | Industrial & Engineering Products
Experience: 5-10 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably in industrial/engineering products or water treatment sector)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for water treatment systems (e.g., RO plants, STPs, ETPs, softeners, filters).3. Identify and target new market segments including industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.4. Engage with consultants, contractors, and procurement decision-makers to promote company offerings.5. Collaborate with sales & technical teams to align messaging with business goals.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental) or Marketing; MBA is a plus.2. Proven 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in water treatment or environmental engineering products.3. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and related equipment.4. Excellent communication, negotiation & project management skills.5. Knowledge of tools like CRM, MS Office and marketing analytics.
