Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ulhasnagar for a Marketing Manager in the Polymers industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, and identifying trends to support business objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, managing promotional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer engagement. The role requires leadership in managing marketing budgets and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong knowledge in strategic marketing, campaign management, and market research methodologies
• Experience in project management, advertising, and brand management
• Ability to analyze and interpret market trends, data, and analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media marketing
• Experience in the polymers industry or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
