Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager in the Polymers industry. The position is based in Ulhasnagar. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the promotion of products. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role will also involve identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.

• Experience with Marketing Strategies, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Brand Management
• Strong skills in Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving business growth
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership skills
• Familiarity with the Polymers industry or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role is highly desirable
