Job Description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and strategic marketing of industrial gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, CO, Specialty Gases, etc.). This role involves market analysis, customer relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales

    • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in industrial, medical, and specialty gas segments.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy

    • Conduct market research on customer demand, competitors, and pricing trends.
    • Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and product positioning strategies.
    • Recommend product diversification and value-added services.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contract finalization, and after-sales support.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Coordination

    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for timely supply and service delivery.
    • Monitor credit control, payment collections, and customer accounts.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring

    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
    • Track KPIs and provide inputs to management for business growth decisions.

  • Strong knowledge of Marketing and Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and market research skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, and data analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Engineering / Science / Business / Marketing

    (preferred: Chemical / Mechanical Engineering background).
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development (preferred).
  • 5 to 10 years of experience

    in sales & marketing of industrial gases or related industries (chemicals, petrochemicals, energy and others ).
