Bring in higher standards. Ensure strict adherence to safe operating procedures. Refine and fine-tune the current systems. Handle daily operations. Head towards a preventive maintenance culture. Safe operation of DA plant, O2 plant, specialty gases plant, Oxygen cylinder filling plant, Cylinder hydro test shop, cryogenic pressure vessels maintenance workshop (VIST, VITT tanks), erection & commissioning of Cryogenic storage tanks at customer locations, distribution of products & services to customers. Production: Ensure Safe production practices. Ensuring standards are set and adhered to. Ensure smooth uninterrupted manufacturing and filling activities. Conducting production meetings, safety meetings, and daily meetings to improve the production and safety performance and culture. Training the operators with the safe plant operating procedures. Ensuring Safe operations for the Plants DA plant, ASU plant (150 M3/hr), Specialty Gases, Co2 Filling plant, Arg, N2 Filling stations 300 bar Fire suppressant filling cylinders, Cylinder Hydro Test Shop, Testing and repair station of Cryogenic vessels, Cryogenic vessel filling practices, etc.. Production planning and control of refrigerant filling, fire suppressant filling &industrial gas filling and helium trans fill plant, helium gas supply from ISO container through pipeline to customer, cylinder test shop. Issuing of work permits for maintenance activities, lifting, working at height activities. Special gases safe handling and filling procedures to be ensured. To train the responsible team on the same. All this for the likes of toxic, flammable gases. Train subordinates in operations distribution, quality, and safety. Ensure zero NC in safety, quality, and ISO audits (internal & External audits). Improving quality standards of products and services. Ensuring all products that leave the premises have gone through testing and we are 100% ready to vouch for the quality of the material. Efficient and strict norms for lab operations. Ensuring discipline all through the line. Maintenance of all the plant machinery as per preventive maintenance schedule. Statutory Handling of statutory licenses like factory licenses, pollution control board license, explosive license (PESO), fire license, and drug license.
