1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.2. Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.2. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting and audit.3. Internal Audit: Build and manage the internal audit function, ensuring effective control systems and compliance with regulations.4. Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, stock audits, and other special assignments. 5. Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify risks and develop risk advisory solutions for business process improvements.Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in auditing or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST).Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify areas of improvement in internal controls.
