They will be comfortable with management of the multiple projects in a fast-changing environment. Knowledge on special process such as Thermal Spray Coating, NDT & grinding, knowledge on NADCAP checklist requirements for the same will be added advantageExperience in handling Aviation / Automotive customers Knowledge of geometric dimensional inspections & tolerances (GD&T) principlesKnowledge on preparing the quality plan, FMEA, PPAP / FAI documents etc.
