Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing Professional with strong exposure to international and domestic markets. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English communication, comfortable with digital tools, and capable of driving brand presence, lead generation, and business growth across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

International & Domestic Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for Indian and overseas markets
• Identify and target international buyers, distributors, and OEM clients
• Support export sales through lead generation, buyer outreach, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales team for market entry strategies and client conversions

Digital & Tech-Driven Marketing

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Website, Email Marketing, and B2B portals
• Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and conversions
• Run and analyze Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns
• Monitor website performance, SEO basics, and analytics

Branding & Communication

• Create or coordinate marketing content (brochures, catalogs, presentations, posts)
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Draft professional emails, proposals, and marketing communications in fluent English

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends
• Identify new countries, regions, and segments for expansion
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, inquiries, and ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field
• Proven experience in international & domestic marketing
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in:
• CRM systems
• Email marketing tools
• Social media management
• Basic analytics and reporting
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Export / Industrial products
• Knowledge of international trade platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.)
• Familiarity with export documentation or overseas client handling
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
