Marketing Manager - Overseas Education

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager specializing in overseas institutional collaborations . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven background in building, managing, and optimizing relationships with international universities and colleges, while also executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and student engagement globally. Key Responsibilities Institutional Partnership Management Initiate, negotiate, and maintain strategic tie-ups with foreign universities and educational institutions. Act as the primary liaison between Prosper Overseas and partner institutions. Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups on MoUs, commission structures, and onboarding documentation. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partner institutions – including webinars, agent training sessions, virtual education fairs, and brand-building activities. Collaborate with internal digital and content teams to tailor campaigns for different countries and institutional partners. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen Prosper’s global positioning. Event Coordination Organize and host institutional visits, agent meets, and on-ground/international events in collaboration with university representatives. Represent Prosper Overseas at global education expos and partnership summits. Reporting & Market Intelligence Prepare monthly dashboards on partnership performance, student enrollments per institution, and marketing ROI. Stay updated with visa and admission trends in key study-abroad destinations. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or Education Management. 3–4 years of core experience in overseas education marketing and institutional relationship management. Strong understanding of the international education landscape, especially with institutions in Australia, Canada, Germany, and Ireland. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder presentations. A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional coordination. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required. Show more Show less
