Job Description

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager (offline + online) based in India for an on-site role to own end-to-end marketing execution across digital channels and offline activations. This role combines performance-driven digital campaigns with brand and field marketing to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align digital performance and offline activation strategies to business goals.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Lead offline initiatives events, trade shows, customer workshops, and campus/field activations including end-to-end logistics and on-ground execution.
Manage agency and vendor relationships for creative, media buying, PR, and event production to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Implement measurement frameworks; analyze campaign and channel performance, produce dashboards, and translate insights into optimization actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to develop targeted messaging, nurture programs, and funnel progression strategies.
