Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, GDN, paid marketing, display ads).
Manage
SEO, website growth, analytics, and content strategy
.
Drive
influencer marketing, PR activities, affiliate campaigns
, and brand partnerships.
Lead
BTL activities
, canopy setups, college activations, and launch events.
Work closely on
product launches, media visibility, and brand identity development
.
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
for GTM execution.
Manage social media performance (reels, creatives, engagement, campaigns).
Collaborate with sales teams to generate
high-quality marketing leads
.
Prepare
marketing dashboards
, performance reports, and campaign ROI analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in
SEO, Google Ads, performance marketing, and analytics tools
.
Experience in
influencer marketing, PR campaigns, blogger outreach, and media handling
.
Strong understanding of
brand building, launch campaigns, and BTL promotions
.
Hands-on skills with tools like
GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio
, etc.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and execution skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end marketing independently in a high-growth environment.
