Marketing manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to drive our brand presence and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to execute marketing strategies effectively both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and promote the company’s brand across various platforms
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to achieve business goals
• Handle digital marketing activities including social media, content, and campaigns
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare marketing reports and present performance insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
