Marketing manager

As a Marketing Specialist for bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and luxury bath products, your role involves designing and executing marketing strategies. You will lead B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, building strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and interior designers. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to shape campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute marketing strategies for bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and luxury bath products. - Lead B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for architects, dealers, builders, and customers. - Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and interior designers. - Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to shape campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in bathroom products, sanitaryware, or construction materials. - Strong knowledge of marketing tools and brand building. - Excellent command of English; proficiency in Malayalam is a significant plus. - Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams. In addition to the above, the company provides health insurance as a benefit. This is a full-time, permanent position with an in-person work location.
