Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager who can lead the complete marketing and admissions strategy of our institutions, including digital promotions, brand building, lead generation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both online and offline marketing, be skilled in social media handling, planning admission campaigns, coordinating events, managing designers and vendors, and building brand visibility across multiple branches. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a creative approach to reach students, parents, and industry networks. Candidates with 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education or training sector, with knowledge of Malayalam and English, will be given preference. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the management and will be responsible for achieving admission targets, brand positioning, and growth across all institutions under the group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
