Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development

Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and execute effectively.

marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting revenue targets,

improving customer walk-ins, increasing average bill value, and executing both online and

offline marketing campaigns.

Revenue & Sales Growth:

Achieve targeted revenue growth.
Enhance average bill value through strategic sales initiatives.
Increase store walk-ins compared to the previous year.

Marketing & Promotions:

Organize and execute outdoor exhibitions and events in targeted communities.
Develop partnerships with corporates, organizations, and hotels for store tie-ups and

promotional activities.

Conduct business visits to targeted companies, approved by the reporting head, ensuring

they align with the companys business objectives.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

Drive online marketing and digital advertising campaigns to improve brand visibility and

lead generation.

Plan and implement quarterly marketing and media campaigns (offline & online) to

support sales objectives.
