Roles and Responsibilities Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education abroad, focusing on medical programs. Offer career guidance to help students choose the right course and institution based on their interests, aptitudes, and goals. Develop strong communication skills through cold calling, lead generation, and business development activities to build relationships with potential clients. Conduct student counseling sessions to understand their needs and provide personalized advice on academic planning, financial aid options, and visa applications. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field (medical services & hospital industry preferred). Strong knowledge of various countries' educational systems (e.g., Canada, USA, UK) and immigration processes. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
